Traditional ferreteria-hardware store, it is amazing what they have, and if not they can get it for you. This is my first stop when searching for anything construction etc. Even got all my vine & beer glasses there. Don't be afraid to ask, they speak perfect Spanish there and even some English and google translate or picture you will get what you need.
