They are obsessed with people entering with bags, even if you enter with small wallet. They shout sorry sorry please bag bag put it inside the lock. And they lock every item no matter big or small. So if you find what you need. You must go back to the front desk and wait for someone to come with you and look for the item again to unlock it for you and then again you repeat it again for every item. It's a waste of time and energy. Every customer is a suspect or what?
