This little hardware store is well stocked and beautifully merchandised. It is so packed that it can be hard to find things plus they have a massive store room in back. You need to ask at the counter for many items. They almost always have what I need and we’ve been renovating an old stone house so it’s a lot of odd requests.

Toni is very knowledgeable - but can seem impatient and grumpy if you don’t speak Catalan or Spanish. I barely speak Spanish but do my best with Google translate and pictures. If you make an effort to speak the language he is pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic hardware shop. Rarely leave without exactly what im after. Don't understand the bad reviews on here. Staff are great and super helpful. Can be a bit hard to get a smile out of the gentleman serving but I usually manage :) . Prices pretty good for a small independent and great no to have to drive to Bauhaus mid project. The other ferretarias in Soller are also good but this is usually my first port of call.

Nechápu špatné recenze... Potřebovali jsme plynovou kartuši se šroubovacím uzávěrem, paní mi moc ochotně pomohla a zachránila nás před cestou z trailu zpět do Palmy.
Rádi jsme podpořili místní obchod, nečekal jsem že v Solleru kartuši vůbec seženu a bylo fajn objevit toto místo!

Quisiera tener mejor cosas que decir. Lamentablemente como dicen otras reseñas, este lugar tiene un trato pésimo. Yo no sé si es solo a los turistas. Nosotros no somos turistas pero yo no tengo acento Mallorquina (aunque mi familia vive aquí y tenemos raíces en la isla). Vamos a darles el beneficio de la duda y que simplemente no tratan bien a nadie. Nuestra experiencia ha sido la siguiente: siempre que vamos nos tratan con una falta de atención y gentileza. Generalmente lo ignoramos pero hoy dos empleados permitieron que otro de los clientes--local--me gritara cuando muy respetuosamente le dije que llevaba 15 minutos esperando en la cola que el acababa de saltar. Otras personas en la cola le dijeron a los empleados que yo estaba en lo correcto pero ellos las ignoraron. Perdieron un cliente en mi. Me pesa escribir una mala reseña. Hay bastantes ferreterias en Soller, Palma y otras partes de la isla. No hay necesidad de apoyar esta con clientes y personal grosero.

Trato pésimo, el señor que atiende es tan borde que roza la idiotez. Sin lugar a duda non volveré.Hay más ferreterías en la zona donde a lo mejor no hay tanta variedad pero el trato es profesional y amable.
