Bought a football here – stitching broke within three days of normal use.

When I returned to request an exchange, I was told it was my own fault. Extremely disappointing service and unprofessional attitude.

I’ll be shopping at the other store down the street where the staff are far more helpful.

Dear Daniel, When you came to buy the soccer ball, we offered to inflate it for you. However we recommended that you not inflate it too much, as the seams might rupture if the pressure gets too high due to the heat. Balls are subject to wear and tear; what you do with the ball after purchase is your responsibility, not ours. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a negative comment. I hope you do the same when you receive good service.
